ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

  • Cherry Room: small board room with a 12 person conference style seating, which is also typically used as a bridal dressing room for a wedding and reception; upper level; no kitchen access
  • Mulberry Room: 472 sq. ft. windowless room, typically only used as a part of or a break-out room when renting the Combination, Grand Rapids Ballroom, or the Entire Building; upper level; kitchen access additional fee
  • Sycamore Room: 925 sq. ft. windowless room, typically used as a week-day only meeting space for presentations requiring minimal lighting, or the same usage as the Mulberry Room; upper level; kitchen access additional fee; no Saturday Rentals
  • White Oak Room: 1,369 sq. ft. corner Pavilion room, offering great views and capacity for smaller meetings; public deck access from room; upper level; kitchen access additional fee; no Saturday Rentals

ABOUT SAVANNAH RAPIDS PAVILION

Owned and operated by Columbia County, the Savannah Rapids Pavilion is a self-supporting multi-purpose community/conference center. The pavilion offers a variety of rooms ranging in size from a 12-person conference room to a room capable of accommodating 400 for a standing reception.

Savannah Rapids Pavilion is situated on an 80 foot bluff overlooking the beautiful Savannah River and the Historic Augusta Canal. The facility offers a commercial kitchen on the main level and a limited kitchen on the lower level. Movable partition walls permit the facility to accommodate small or large functions such as family reunions, weddings and receptions, conferences, seminars, trade shows, training sessions and organization meetings.

Any merchandise or service sales in all Columbia County venues must verify current occupational tax forms to the Internal Revenue Services.
